Thanks for the Letter of Support, both in English & Chinese dated February 21, 2020, to Our Friends in the Chinese American and Chinese Communities by Jewish Council for Public Affairs, on behalf of more than 70 Jewish organizations from the across the United States, including the rabbinical bodies of the four major branches of Judaism.

Sonora Quest will be offering COVID-19 testing to the general public for the shared goal of increasing COVID-19 testing statewide on March 23,2020.

Sonora Quest will be offering COVID-19 testing to the general public for the shared goal of increasing COVID-19 testing statewide. Those who think they have been exposed to or could be infected with COVID-19 are encouraged to get tested. 

The testing site will be in operation from 8 a.m. – 12 noon and is available via walkup and drive thru. The COVID-19 swab test will be offered. Per the CDC guidance, please wear a mask or face covering when visiting the testing site. Bandannas or handmade masks are acceptable.

Cost: Attendees should bring their insurance information. Uninsured patients will also be covered under the CARES program – with no anticipated out of pocket costs.

RSVP: Space is limited to a maximum of 500 patients and will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Sonora Quests encourages patients to fill out the testing form prior to arrival.

Where: Steele Indian School Park, 300 E. Indian School Road, 

Phoenix, AZ 85012

Directions: Drive-thru participants should access Steele Indian School Park from the south entrance, located at 3rd Street/Indian School Road. Then drive north on 3rd St/Herrera Way, then follow the signs and guidance from Phoenix Police staff. 

Walk-up participants are encouraged to take the Valley Metro Rail (light rail) and stop at Indian School/Central Avenue; head to the Park’s Central Avenue/Farrington Dr. entrance and follow the signs and Phoenix Police guidance.
